Paying for your custom-made fluffies or clubbing outfit

Currently, we don't accept credit cards on our website - however we are developing this facility and will be offering it soon. If you'd like to pay using a credit or debit card you can do so by ordering through our eBay store and paying with PayPal.

If you have a PayPal account and would like us to invoice you via PayPal please email us with your enquiry at .

If you'd like to pay using a personal cheque or postal order (or cash - which is best sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery) please and we'll provide you with an email version of our Order Form.

Please note that, for all payments, we only accept UK currency in Pounds Sterling (Great Britain).

Postage charges for your custom-made fluffies or clubbing outfit

UK mainland Postage & Packaging is charged at £1.80 for single items, or £3.00 for outfits. We only use First Class Post. A certificate of Posting will always be obtained and items are insured up to the value of £30. If you require express delivery or a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend that you pay for Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is priced at £4.25 for the first item and £2.00 per additional item.

International Postage and Packing is charged at £4.00 for single items, or £5.00 for outfits. These will be sent via Air Mail. If you would like insurance and to sign for your item on delivery, please add £4.00 to the total cost of the order.

Delivery times for your custom-made fluffies or clubbing outfit

We aim to make and despatch all items within 7-21 days from when payment and measurements are received. However, we will always ask you for the date that you require your items by and will try our very best to send your order in time.

If you require our Express Service, please and we will be happy to assist you. We will always contact you once your order has been despatched or if there is likely to be any delay.

Returns - and our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy. If you are unhappy with your goods in any way, or if they are faulty, please return them to us, UNWORN within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will only be given for faulty goods.

We always request your measurements before making your fluffies or clubbing outfit. If they don't fit, but correct measurements have been given, we will alter them and return them to you free of charge. However, if incorrect measurements were supplied, you will be responsible for return postage.

We're sorry, but we can't give refunds if items were delayed in the post and didn't arrive for a special night - we strongly advise you to pay for Royal Mail Special Delivery, if the date is really crucial (see above).
